HOW DO I USE IT?

Mastro is a showstopper table cheese and can be appreciated on it's own. It should be treated like other semi - hard cheeses and enjoyed at room temperature, so take it out of the fridge a few hours before serving. It can also be used as grating cheese or grilled over fire as they do in the street markets of southern Italy.
